Chat Widget

Our Site uses a live chat widget (powered by LeadConnector / HighLevel). Information you submit through chat — including your name, contact details, and message content — is collected and stored in our CRM.

Non-Personal Information

• IP address, browser and device information
• Website usage and analytics data
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies, including advertising pixels (see Section 6)

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Vendors who support our operations — payment processing, webinar/scheduling platforms, our CRM (LeadConnector / HighLevel), and our SMS aggregator/provider, solely to deliver the services you've requested.
• Advertising & Analytics Platforms: We use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta/Facebook and Google (via pixels and Conversions APIs), to measure and improve our ad performance. This may constitute "sharing" your information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA and similar state privacy laws. See Section 8 for how to opt out.
• Legal Compliance: Where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data remains subject to this policy.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the above and are never shared with any third party, except SMS aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the messages you've consented to receive.

5. Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security review, and breach notification procedures consistent with applicable law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.

SMS opt-in and consent records are retained for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period after opt-out, to demonstrate TCPA/carrier compliance. We securely delete or anonymize information when no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe via any email link, or reply "STOP" to any SMS

• Non-discrimination for exercising these rights

We verify your identity before fulfilling requests and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of other states with comparable laws have equivalent rights.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under 18. Participation in our SMS program and enrollment in our services require that you be 18 or older. If we learn we've collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly. Contact contact@waterfallgrowth.com if you believe a child has provided us information.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may link to third-party sites not owned or controlled by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

11. International Users

Our services are intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
